Levine & Sons plumbing was founded more than 80 years ago in 1927. We have seen—and fixed—every plumbing problem known to man. In addition, we have watched the Metro Area grow and develop, and we understand problems inherent in each local community: based upon how they were built, their age, etc.

Levine & Sons plumbing is in it for the long haul.  We will be around to service you in the future and our warranties mean something.  When we offer you a 10 year Parts and Labor warranty on your new furnace/air conditioner you can rest assured that we will be here to honor that warranty. Can you find a better warranty than our 50 year guarantee on sewer relining service? We don’t think so.

You can always speak with an owner of Levine & Sons—one of the grandsons of Louis Levine. We are not a manager of an out of state franchisee—we are homegrown, family owned and truly local.

A lot of companies claim family owned for “X” number of years.  Many times they go out of business and change their names ever so slightly.  The same family has continuously owned Levine & Sons—the Levine family.  Many of the “family owned” companies have no original members (or family left); The company has been bought and sold many times, keeping the old name, but not the traditions and values of the “old way of doing business and treating people.”

There are no slick gimmicks at Levine & Sons. We have been a family owned business for more than 80 continuous years. Period.

When a Levine & Sons expert technician comes to your home, you can feel confident knowing that he is the most experienced and best qualified to install/repair your heating or AC equipment, or to fix any plumbing problem you may have.  All of our employees have to meet rigorous pre-employment standards including: a technical aptitude test, criminal background search, DMV check, and reference verification.

4) Red Carpet Treatment

When you invite us into your home you can be confident that our technicians will leave your home in the same condition it was in before they arrived.  Because we take your floors, walls, countertops and belongings as seriously as you do. We go the extra mile to assure that the job is done cleanly and that your property is undamaged:

  • We roll out a red carpet upon arrival.
  • On the red carpet we will put surgical shoes covers over our work boots to ensure we do not track any dirt onto your floors or carpeting.
  • We will cover your stairwells with cloth protective coverings (if needed).
  • We clean up, remove and dispose of all off-site trash generated from our work.

5) Up Front-Pricing

Have you ever wondered how much a hired job will cost and all the service company will tell you is: “Parts plus an hourly fee!” Maybe they’ll even go so far as to offer a “guesstimate” on how long it may be.

Not with us. During our more than 80 years in business we have detailed records on how long a typical repair should take and what parts will be needed.  Once we have diagnosed your problem, we can and will tell you how much the complete job will cost you. NO SURPRISES!

If one of our servicemen performs a repair slower than others, we do not penalize the customer for an efficiency problem on our end.  An hourly company will. Also, if it is a “slow” day, hourly technicians/or companies have been known to slow the job down in an effort to extend the billable hourly charge. Since most customers have no idea how long a typical repair should take, they are ripe to be taken advantage of.

When someone is working in your home it is critical to make sure they have the proper insurance coverage to protect your property and any people from damages they may cause.

We carry a $2 million policy, plus an additional $5 million in insurance coverage – way above the minimum coverage allowable. This gives you $7 million worth of protection.

Our service trucks carry over 4,000 repair parts including new toilets, new faucets and new water heaters, essentially making them “warehouses on wheels.”

This brings the cost of repairs down by saving our technicians a drive scouring for parts, thus keeping fuel costs lower. All because our trucks use less mileage per day than the average service vehicle carrying less parts.
