Successful applicants will have:

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service
2. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customer.
3. Clean driving record

Additional skills desired:

1. Commercial/new construction experience
2. Boiler Service
3. Indoor Air Quality experience
