Jacob did a great job especially considering it was late on a Friday night. Professional service. Cleaned up after the job and took care to not impact the home. I will definitely recommend them and hire them again. The only recommendation I would give to the company is that they should coordinate better with their crews as Jacob was not told that he had to replace the water heater and had to go back for the water heater even though I had specifically called the office and told them to make sure that they send one with him. That resulted in an additional trip for them and time for me.

As with any HVAC system, yes, you do really need maintenance on your furnace. Having the proper maintenance performed by Levine & Sons professionals will ensure that everything is working as efficiently as possible and will greatly lengthen the lifespan of your furnace. You should have your furnace professionally maintained at least once every year.
Yes, furnace maintenance is necessary if you are not experiencing issues. The reason you are most likely not experiencing any issues is because you have been properly maintaining your furnace. Annual maintenance by Levine & Sons professionals is critical in making sure your furnace is working as efficiently as possible, preventing future issues and repairs, and making your furnace last you as long as possible.
While you can attempt to do the maintenance on your furnace yourself, it is a much better idea to have a heating expert from Levine & Sons do so. Part of the importance of furnace maintenance is that it is done properly. Our highly-skilled technicians at Levine & Sons have been trained with the knowledge, skills, and experience to perform furnace maintenance correctly. You may think you are saving money by attempting to do the maintenance on your furnace yourself but, in the event you miss tending to a critical component that is responsible for making your furnace run efficiently, you will actually lose money in the end, as you will likely need repairs in the future.
Annual maintenance will greatly extend the lifespan of your furnace, saving you money down the line. Your furnace should last you between 15 and 20 years, and ensuring that your unit is properly maintained will help to make it last as long as possible.
Ensuring that your furnace is properly maintained will significantly reduce potential repairs, which will save you both money and a headache in the future. When you have our furnace experts perform a tune-up, we will lookout for any potential problems and catch them before they happen, preventing future repairs, and saving you on costs and unnecessary stress!
Most furnaces require you to have your unit professionally maintained by licensed professionals such as Levine & Sons on a yearly basis for the warranty to remain valid. This is actually extremely important, because parts and repairs can be costly and ensuring that your warranty is valid can save you a serious amount of money.
A maintained furnace will run more efficiently, use less energy, and subsequently save you more money! It is reported that having your furnace tuned-up on an annual basis can save you up to 30% on your utility bills every month!
Because furnaces produce heat through burning fuel, gas can leak if your unit is not maintained and working properly. Gas leaks can be very dangerous to your health and need to be addressed immediately! Additionally, a neglected furnace can run the risk of a carbon monoxide leak. Carbon monoxide leaks can be extremely difficult to detect as the gas is colorless and odorless and are often only realized when it is too late. Don’t run the risk of a gas or carbon monoxide leak, and have your furnace inspected annually!
Furnaces have air filters that require changing periodically. When you enlist us to tune-up your furnace, we will change your air filters, ensuring that the air quality in your home remains as healthy for you and your family as possible!
Having your furnace maintained during the summer months will ensure that it is ready to go for the Southfield, MI winter season. This is crucial because if your furnace fails in the dead of winter, you run the risk of pipes freezing, serious property damage, and even potential health effects for you and your family. Don’t make this mistake and schedule your tune-up with our pros today to prevent any furnace failures at the wrong time of the year!
